Must See/Main Attractions in Rhode Island?

I am going on a family vacation to the East Coast this summer and I need to find some must see things to do in Rhode Island. I have been researching attractions but I want to hear from people who have been there or live there if there are any amazing attractions that are a must see. All help is appreciated.
