What is the best whitening face serum or cream in uk?

I am looking for a brightening skin tone,i have a middle eastern light brown skin tone as (Selma hayek)i don't like it so i prefer a bit lighter,currently i am using elizabeth arden products,is there any better products that i can get from any uk stores?thanks
