Yoga Rubs Me the Wrong Way- should I just do something like p90 stretch instead?

I have been yoga'ing on and off for years and for the last 3 months I have been going 3 times a week. I primarily use it for increasing my flexibility for rock climbing however all that comes with it is starting to try my patience. I am not there for inner peace or some other b.s. about spirituality- I am there to aggressively improve my flexibility. So my question is: are there better ways to become Jean Claude Van Damme flexible without having to put up with the soft and impotent teachings of the yoga'ers?
