HELP my hair keeps breaking?

do i need serum when i straighten my hair? it keep breaking and i have really dry damaged hair? i need 2 straighten my hair at least once a week and it still wont stop breaking i have dry frizzy/curly hair i have started washing it a certain way to prevent breaking and i have been putting a lot of conditioner on it after i have washed it so it wont be as dry but it still has really bad ends its natural blonde and i want to dye it bleach r nicer blonde please help :/ xx
