Did the last World War 1 veteran die at 110 tears old?

I believe he was the last known veteran to have seen active battle in WW1 and that he passed away at home in Perth Australia. We are having a referendum today here in England about how we vote. Men like Mr Choules fought for our rights to live in democratic societies and so many people squander or ignore there social responsibilities.
